Legal Support Operations is administrative, document, field, and signing support for attorneys, law firms, title companies, settlement providers, and businesses. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Legal judgment stays with the supervising attorney or hiring organization. We handle the work — you control the legal strategy.

Our services include document organization, discovery and production support, case chronology, exhibit and hearing preparation, scheduling and deadline support, attorney-approved routine correspondence, e-filing and service-package support, process service, loan signing and closing support, remote online notarization, and field/courthouse support.

Attorney-supervised support means the supervising attorney or hiring organization remains responsible for legal judgment, client advice, strategy, and final work product. We provide the administrative, document, field, and signing support under their direction.

For attorney-supervised work, we confirm the supervising attorney's name, firm, matter number, conflict-screening process, and instructions for secure file transfer before work begins. Confidential information is handled through the agreed secure-transfer method.

Send us the matter or project name, service needed, location, deadline, document or page count, supervising attorney or hiring contact, and any rush or access requirements. A written quote will confirm the exact scope before work begins.

You can submit a quote request through our Contact page, or call us at (856) 363-7103 or fax (856) 300-6082.

No. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Legal judgment stays with the supervising attorney or hiring organization. We provide administrative, document, field, notary, and signing support.

This means we can organize documents, prepare exhibits and chronologies, coordinate scheduling and deadlines, handle process service and loan signing/closing logistics, notarize documents, and support field or courthouse work — all under the direction of the supervising attorney or hiring organization. We do not interpret law, advise on legal strategy, draft legal documents on your behalf, or represent you in any proceeding.

If a task requires legal judgment — for example, deciding which claims to assert, how to plead a defense, or what legal standard applies — that determination belongs to the supervising attorney. We handle the operational work around that judgment.

Process service is attorney-directed. The requesting attorney controls the legal strategy, service method, and required filings. We provide service-status updates, attempt notes, and proof-of-service support.

Standard local attempts start at $75 (one address, one attempt, normal business hours). Additional attempts are $45. Business or workplace service is $95. Rush or same-day attempts are $125. Affidavit or proof-of-service records are $35. Multi-address or extended assignments are quoted by scope.

Signing fees compensate for logistics, printing, travel, package handling, and return coordination. Applicable New Jersey notarial fees are itemized separately and kept within the state fee schedule.

Standard loan or real-estate signing starts at $125. Purchase or refinance packages start at $150. HELOC, seller, or specialty packages start at $135. Printing and scanbacks are $25+. Same-day or rush closings start at $175+. Attorney-office or title-office closing support is quoted by package complexity.

RON (Remote Online Notarization) is secure online notarization via BlueNotary. It's fully NJ RON compliant under P.L.2021, c.179, which took effect on October 20, 2021. Documents notarized online have the same legal effect as those notarized in person.

Using secure audio-visual technology through the BlueNotary platform, a commissioned notary on our staff verifies your identity, witnesses your signature, and performs the notarial act — all online, with no travel required. RON is available as a standalone service or integrated into loan signing and closing support. It's the fastest, most convenient option when an in-person presence isn't required.

How RON works: Book your RON appointment through our BlueNotary calendar and select a time that works for you. Upload your documents to the secure BlueNotary platform before your scheduled session (PDF format preferred). During the session, you sign your documents electronically while a commissioned notary on our staff witnesses via secure video conference — we guide you through each step. After the session, the notary applies the electronic notary seal and digital certificate to your documents, making them legally notarized.

Requirements for RON: a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a working camera and microphone; a stable internet connection (broadband or strong mobile); and a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID).

Choose RON when an in-person presence isn't required. For in-office support engagements, notarizations are handled as part of the support work and are included in the 2-hour minimum — no separate notarization fee applies.

RON session fees are set by time of day, which reflects when sessions are typically booked and the demand on our schedule:

  • Morning (9AM–12PM): $35/session — the most requested window; book early to secure your preferred time.
  • Mid-day (12PM–3PM): $30/session — a good option if your morning is full or you're coordinating across time zones.
  • Afternoon (3PM–5PM): $25/session — the lowest rate; sessions are available while our office is open.
  • After-hours (5PM–8PM): +$10 surcharge on top of the session rate — for deadlines or signers outside our regular hours.

NJ notarial fees are itemized separately and kept within the state fee schedule. Notarizations performed during in-office support engagements are included in the 2-hour minimum — no separate RON session fee applies.

Sessions are booked through our BlueNotary calendar. Select the time that works for you; if your preferred window is full, we'll offer the next available slot. All sessions are NJ RON compliant under P.L.2021, c.179, and documents notarized online have the same legal effect as those notarized in person.

A written scope, deadline, deliverables, and responsible contact are confirmed before work begins.

For attorney-supervised work, the supervising attorney's name, firm, matter number, conflict-screening process, and instructions for secure file transfer are confirmed before work begins.

The supervising attorney or hiring organization remains responsible for legal judgment, client advice, strategy, and final work product.

Work outside the agreed scope is paused and re-quoted before additional billable work begins.

Invoices are due upon receipt unless a written billing arrangement says otherwise.

Third-party fees, filing fees, mileage outside the included area, shipping, printing over the included amount, and platform fees are billed separately.

Confidential information is handled through the agreed secure-transfer method. Do not send sensitive client materials by ordinary email unless specifically approved.

To provide a written quote, we need:

  • Matter or project name
  • Service needed
  • Location (remote or South Jersey in-person)
  • Deadline
  • Document or page count (approximate)
  • Supervising attorney or hiring contact (for attorney-supervised work)
  • Any rush or access requirements

Submit a quote request through our Contact page or call (856) 363-7103.

Confidential information is handled through the agreed secure-transfer method. Do not send sensitive client materials by ordinary email unless specifically approved. For attorney-supervised work, the secure file transfer method is confirmed as part of the intake process.

This matters because ordinary email is not a secure channel for privileged or sensitive materials. When we begin work, we confirm with the supervising attorney or hiring organization which transfer method will be used — for example, a secure client portal, encrypted file transfer, or another agreed channel — and we use that method for any documents, communications, or materials that relate to the matter.

For non-privileged logistics — scheduling, invoice questions, general coordination — ordinary email and phone are fine. When in doubt, ask. We'll tell you which channel to use for the material you're sending.

We provide remote-first support nationwide. In-person field support is available across Salem, Cumberland, and Gloucester Counties, with service to other South Jersey locations quoted by assignment. Notarizations are available via RON (online) or during in-office support engagements.

We respond to quote requests within 1 business day — that means a written reply by the next business day after we receive your request, during our regular hours of Monday through Friday, 9AM–5PM. If your request comes in after hours or on a weekend, we'll reply on the next business day.

For urgent deadlines, tell us in your request. Rush service may be available depending on the service type and our current schedule. Rush service (accepted and scheduled with less than one business day's notice) adds 25% to the applicable rate. We won't take on a rush assignment we can't deliver — if we can't meet your deadline, we'll say so upfront rather than risk your matter.

Call us at (856) 363-7103 for time-sensitive questions during business hours. For anything requiring legal judgment, we'll coordinate with your supervising attorney or point you to the right resource.

Yes. Submit a quote request through our Contact page describing what you need in general terms, or call us at (856) 363-7103 or fax (856) 300-6082. We'll help you identify the right service and provide a written quote.

A lot of people aren't sure which service fits their situation — that's normal. Here are some common examples:

  • You have a stack of documents to organize, chronologize, or prepare for a hearing or deposition. That's legal operations support — and if a supervising attorney is directing the work, it's attorney-supervised.
  • Someone needs to be served papers. That's process service — standard local attempt, additional attempt, business/workplace, or rush, depending on the details you give us.
  • There's a signing appointment — loan, refinance, HELOC, or closing. That's loan signing and closing support, with printing and scanbacks available as add-ons.
  • You need documents notarized but can't get to an office. That's RON — available as a standalone session or as part of a larger support engagement.
  • You need someone at a courthouse, records office, or business location. That's field and courthouse support, quoted by assignment for anything outside our core South Jersey counties.

If you're still not sure, just tell us what you need to get done in plain language. We'll help you figure out the right service and give you a written quote before any work begins.
