When an assignment requires a physical presence, we provide in-person support across South Jersey. Services that may require in-person presence include:

  • Loan signing & closing support — in-person signing appointments and closing logistics
  • Process service — in-person service of process attempts
  • Field & courthouse support — courthouse runs, records retrieval, courier services, attorney-office support
  • Printing, scanning, copying, delivery, and logistics — in-person document handling when remote isn't sufficient

For attorney-supervised legal operations support, we provide in-person field support at:

  • Courthouses — records retrieval, filing follow-up, court appearance support
  • Attorney offices — on-site administrative, document, and logistical support
  • Records locations — public records retrieval and document handling
  • Closings and signings — on-site support for real-estate closings and signing appointments
  • Courier services — document delivery between offices, law firms, courts, and title companies

Rates for In-Person Support

Service Starting Rate Notes
Attorney-Office Support $135/hour Two-hour minimum. Hearing, deposition, mediation, or closing logistics. Notarizations included.
Courthouse, Records, or Courier Run $165/hour Plus approved third-party fees and mileage outside the quoted area. Notarizations included.
Rush or After-Hours (field support) +25% When accepted and scheduled with less than one business day of notice.

Remote-First Nationwide

Most of our services are available remotely, nationwide:

  • Legal Operations Support — document organization, discovery support, case chronology, exhibit prep, scheduling, e-filing, and correspondence — all available remotely
  • Remote Online Notarization (RON) — available anywhere with an internet connection via BlueNotary
  • Process service coordination — while the physical attempt is local, the coordination, documentation, and proof-of-service support can be handled remotely
  • Loan signing & closing support and Remote Online Notarization (RON) — in-person signing available in South Jersey; RON available anywhere with an internet connection
