These include remote online notarization platforms (such as BlueNotary) used to conduct RON sessions, payment processors, and scheduling tools. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information, are not permitted to use it for their own purposes, and do not receive, store, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data and consent for any purpose.
- Attorneys and hiring organizations: When you engage us for attorney-supervised work, information necessary to perform the assigned task is shared with the supervising attorney or hiring organization as directed by the written scope of engagement.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government regulation — including New Jersey notary record-keeping requirements.
SMS/Text Message Disclosure
