South Jersey Professional Solutions℠ is a New Jersey-commissioned notary public and legal support operations provider. We are not a law firm, not a substitute for an attorney, and not a licensed paralegal service operating under the supervision of the New Jersey Supreme Court. We do not give legal advice, do not interpret the law, do not practice law, and do not form an attorney-client relationship with anyone.

Everything we do — notarizations, process service, loan signing and closing support, remote online notarization, field and courthouse support, document organization, discovery support, case chronology, exhibit preparation, scheduling, e-filing, and attorney-approved correspondence — is administrative, procedural, or logistical in nature and is performed under the direction of the client, the supervising attorney, or the hiring organization where applicable. Any legal judgment, strategy, or interpretation of law remains the responsibility of the licensed attorney of record or the client. If a matter requires legal advice, we will say so and recommend that you consult a qualified attorney.

Services Provided Under This Engagement

Our services include, without limitation:

  • Notary public services performed by our staff who are individually commissioned as Notaries Public in the State of New Jersey — taking acknowledgments, administering oaths and affirmations, taking jurats, certifying copies where permitted, and performing other notarial acts authorized by NJ law
  • Remote Online Notarization (RON) services through the BlueNotary platform, in compliance with New Jersey law P.L.2021, c.179
  • Process service support — service attempts, attempt notes, proof-of-service support, and related logistics
  • Loan signing and closing support — appointment coordination, package handling, signing flow, print and scanback support, and return coordination
  • Field and courthouse support — in-person support for attorney offices, courthouse runs, records retrieval, courier services, and closing logistics
  • Legal operations support — document organization and indexing, discovery and production support, case chronology and fact timelines, exhibit and hearing preparation, scheduling and deadline tracking, attorney-approved routine correspondence, and e-filing and service-package support under attorney direction

Notarizations performed during an in-office support engagement are included in the applicable hourly minimum — no separate notarization fee applies.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Remote Online Notarization services are provided through approved RON platforms in compliance with New Jersey law P.L.2021, c.179. We are not responsible for:

  • Technical failures of the RON platform
  • Identity verification issues beyond our control
  • Acceptance of RON documents by third parties
  • Issues arising from your internet connection or device

No Guarantee of Results

We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

  • The acceptance of notarized documents by banks, government agencies, or other third parties
  • The legal effect or validity of any document, whether notarized by us or provided by you or your attorney
  • The outcome of any legal or business matter related to our services

Professional Liability

South Jersey Professional Solutions℠ maintains Errors & Omissions insurance coverage in the amount of $100,000. This coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the insurance policy.
