Who We Are

South Jersey Professional Solutions provides remote-first legal support operations for attorneys, law firms, title companies, settlement providers, and businesses. We handle the administrative, document, field, and signing work — leaving legal judgment where it belongs: with the supervising attorney or hiring organization.

Founded to serve South Jersey with professional, reliable support, we combine the flexibility of remote-first operations with the reliability of local in-person presence when an assignment requires it. From intake to completion, we treat every matter with the confidentiality and care it deserves.

What We Do

Our services fall into three main verticals, supported by notary and field services when needed:

• Legal Operations Support — remote-first document organization, discovery support, case chronology, exhibit preparation, scheduling, e-filing, and attorney-approved correspondence
• Process Service — attorney-directed service of process with documented attempts and proof-of-service records
• Loan Signing & Closing Support — signing-agent and closing support for real-estate packages, with notarizations included

Supporting services include Remote Online Notarization (RON) and Field & Courthouse Support.

Our Approach

Every engagement starts with a written scope, deadline, and deliverables confirmed before work begins. We don't provide legal advice or legal representation — that stays with the supervising attorney or hiring organization. We handle the work; you control the legal strategy.

Confidentiality is core to how we operate. Client materials are handled through agreed secure-transfer methods, and we follow attorney-directed protocols for conflict screening, file handling, and communication.

Serving South Jersey

We provide remote-first support nationwide, with in-person field support across Salem, Cumberland, and Gloucester Counties when the assignment requires a physical presence. Courthouse runs, records retrieval, courier services, attorney-office support, and closing logistics are available across the region.
